Responsibilities
- Own features and product areas from scoping and technical specification through production delivery and support.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Alembic, Pydantic, Celery, and Redis.
- Build modern frontend applications with React, TypeScript, Vite, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS.
- Use Docker and AWS and apply automated testing, TDD, and end-to-end testing practices.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code and review AI-generated code for quality, security, and correctness.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience with Python/Flask and React/TypeScript.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, automated testing, and TDD.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents or AI-assisted development.
- Strong problem-solving and product ownership skills.
- Preferred experience with pgvector, LLM applications, AI/GenAI pipelines, and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
