Responsibilities

Administer the Salesforce organization, including the object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
Build and maintain GTM automations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services.
Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling for AI-powered CRM workflows.
Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines supporting dashboards and revenue reporting.
Translate ambiguous business problems into technical scope and implemented solutions while collaborating with engineering on larger efforts.

Experience administering Salesforce, including the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration.
Strong Apex development skills for building, debugging, and maintaining custom logic, triggers, and integrations.
Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
Ability to understand end-to-end processes, trace data dependencies, and anticipate downstream impacts of changes.
Interest in AI-native systems and the intersection of Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.
Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tools is preferred.
Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker is preferred.
