Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and build solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Develop custom components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Aura.
- Build and maintain triggers, batch processes, test classes, validation rules, and automations.
- Implement Process Builder flows, model processes, and optimize existing configurations.
- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP Web Services to and from Salesforce.
- Create PDF documents and reports or exports, including Excel outputs, from Visualforce.
- Execute scripts and unit tests to ensure quality and stability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile practices, especially SCRUM.
Requirements
- More than four years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Force.com, Apex, SOQL, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, and Aura.
- Knowledge of process modeling and automation.
- Experience with Eclipse IDE and Apex Data Loader.
- At least three years of additional Java or .NET development experience.
- Intermediate-to-advanced conversational English.
- Salesforce certifications are desirable.
- Banking or Afores sector experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Applicants must reside in Mexico; the position is not open to applicants elsewhere in Latin America.
