Responsibilities
- Break complex features into clear, automatable tests and build scalable testing solutions.
- Test mobile and desktop applications, SaaS services, platform scalability, and database migrations.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve automated test coverage, environment setup and teardown, and continuous delivery quality gates.
- Participate in requirements, design, code reviews, and the full development lifecycle.
- Create and run performance test plans, scenarios, and automation scripts.
- Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and document CPU, memory, and response-time findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of automation experience.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in a continuous delivery environment with frequent releases, automated testing gates, CI/CD pipelines, and environment automation.
- Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience with BDD and Selenium automation across mobile drivers, BrowserStack, or similar tools.
- Experience leading end-to-end performance testing strategy for a large-scale SaaS platform.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex microservices architectures and testing SaaS platforms or distributed systems.
- Experience with Git Flow and tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, and Jira.
- Knowledge of identity management systems such as MS Entra, Windows and Mac desktop application testing, virtual machines, and cross-browser and cross-device testing are preferred.
