Responsibilities
- Develop client-side checkout solutions supporting cross-country payment rules, multiple payment methods, and complex transaction scenarios.
- Build and improve global TikTok Pay capabilities, including account systems, fund management, wallet integrations, and payment compliance features.
- Contribute to checkout architecture governance, dynamic rendering, componentization, decoupling, container capabilities, performance optimization, and stability improvements.
- Explore AI-native development, agentic commerce capabilities, AI payment applications, and intelligent payment and financial flows.
- Communicate technical problems, project progress, and risks while collaborating with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks.
- Ability to write clear, stable, and maintainable code under guidance, with strong problem-solving and learning ability.
- Strong communication, collaboration, self-motivation, and willingness to understand business and technical details.
- Familiarity with Java or Kotlin and basic understanding of Android development frameworks, components, workflows, lifecycle, UI rendering, threading, networking, and data storage is preferred.
- Interest or practical experience with KMP/CMP cross-platform development and AI-native development is preferred.
- Internship or project experience with large-scale internet products, transaction systems, e-commerce, payments, finance, wallets, risk control, or infrastructure is preferred.
- Applicants must state their availability and graduation date and be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
