Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure health, performance, and reliability across the stack.
- Make architectural decisions and improve engineering and operational practices.
- Design and evolve infrastructure using Terraform.
- Improve CI/CD, deployments, and developer workflows.
- Strengthen security across access controls, vulnerability management, and dependencies.
- Identify and eliminate reliability risks before they affect customers.
Requirements
- Experience operating production infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE systems.
- Track record of owning critical systems end-to-end.
- Strong production experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
- Experience managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Sound judgment across reliability, performance, and security tradeoffs.
- Bias toward automation and improving developer productivity.
- Experience in HIPAA or SOC 2 environments, PostgreSQL performance tuning or replication management, internal tooling, observability, incident response, or security posture improvements is a preferred qualification.
