Responsibilities
- Build production features using multimodal AI and vision-language models for image understanding and document processing.
- Develop prompts for vision-specific use cases such as visual question answering and multimodal RAG.
- Prototype and build AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Redesign and scale Apache Airflow orchestration, including custom operators, DAG architecture, and executor and queuing strategies.
- Deploy and operate cloud services primarily on Azure in collaboration with DevOps.
- Write tested Python code and participate in architecture and code reviews.
Requirements
- Strong senior-level Python skills with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating an LLM or vision-AI API into a real product.
- Practical prompt-engineering experience, ideally for vision or multimodal tasks.
- Advanced Apache Airflow experience, including custom operators, dynamic DAGs, and scaling task execution or queuing.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and willingness to work in an Azure environment.
- Good spoken and written English for an international team.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Vertex AI, Gemini API, Google Agent Builder or ADK, AI-agent frameworks, Azure, multimodal RAG, visual question answering, DevOps or CI/CD, and native-level Polish.
