Responsibilities

  • Build production features using multimodal AI and vision-language models for image understanding and document processing.
  • Develop prompts for vision-specific use cases such as visual question answering and multimodal RAG.
  • Prototype and build AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Redesign and scale Apache Airflow orchestration, including custom operators, DAG architecture, and executor and queuing strategies.
  • Deploy and operate cloud services primarily on Azure in collaboration with DevOps.
  • Write tested Python code and participate in architecture and code reviews.

Requirements

  • Strong senior-level Python skills with a track record of shipping production systems.
  • Hands-on experience integrating an LLM or vision-AI API into a real product.
  • Practical prompt-engineering experience, ideally for vision or multimodal tasks.
  • Advanced Apache Airflow experience, including custom operators, dynamic DAGs, and scaling task execution or queuing.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and willingness to work in an Azure environment.
  • Good spoken and written English for an international team.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with Vertex AI, Gemini API, Google Agent Builder or ADK, AI-agent frameworks, Azure, multimodal RAG, visual question answering, DevOps or CI/CD, and native-level Polish.
