Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI/ML and generative AI solutions, including chatbots, recommendation systems, translation services, RAG systems, and semantic search.
- Build, fine-tune, evaluate, serve, monitor, and automatically retrain machine learning and LLM models.
- Implement Python-based software, microservices, concurrency processing, test-driven development, and low-level designs for provided architectures.
- Use Spark for large-scale data processing and implement feature engineering, embedding optimization, dimensionality reduction, A/B testing, and statistical experimentation.
- Deploy ML workloads using containers, Kubernetes, Helm, model-serving tools, cloud services, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize LLM performance and security using quantization, knowledge distillation, prompt engineering, and model-serving platforms.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of total and relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field, with the posting describing a 4–8 year experience range.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in an applicable field, with the posting listing B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MBA and Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Business Administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and knowledge of SQL, with familiarity with Go or Rust.
- Extensive experience with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks including Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Understanding of MLOps practices for deployment and monitoring, plus experience with model serving, automated retraining, and containerized ML workloads.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of ML and LLM development lifecycles, experimental design, A/B testing, hypothesis testing, feature engineering, embedding optimization, and dimensionality reduction.
- Prior experience in industries using AI/ML technologies is preferred.
