Responsibilities
- Design and implement federated learning and differential privacy techniques for on-device and hybrid AI architectures.
- Build privacy-preserving data pipelines, consent management frameworks, and data-minimization systems.
- Architect on-device and cloud-processing trade-offs for privacy and performance.
- Develop explainable AI interfaces, transparency controls, privacy dashboards, and customer settings.
- Implement privacy-first cross-device identity management.
- Build distributed multimodal systems handling text, voice, and visual inputs.
- Create low-latency evaluation systems for model safety, accuracy, and bias.
- Balance response latency, privacy guarantees, AI safety, accessibility, and customer trust.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
