Responsibilities
- Translate high-level strategic requirements into actionable user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Design and implement high-quality, reliable, performant, and fault-tolerant software.
- Develop cloud-native, distributed-computing, edge-connectivity, and data-service solutions.
- Debug integration and performance problems.
- Collaborate across support, development, security, and product teams.
- Apply security best practices and meet compliance requirements.
- Participate effectively in Agile ceremonies and stay current with cloud-native and Software-as-a-Service technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and coach and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8–12 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with less experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, services, architecture, and container orchestration.
- French proficiency at A1 level and English proficiency at C1 level for international client interactions.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Practical experience with several listed databases, programming languages, JavaScript frameworks, CI tools, cloud technologies, operating systems, observability tools, testing frameworks, identity and access management technologies, and data platforms.
- Basic knowledge of IoT or edge devices, including their strengths, weaknesses, constraints, and risks.
- Experience with Agile development frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum.
- Strong project management, self-direction, communication, object-oriented design, debugging, and technical leadership skills.
- Willingness to contribute ideas, support colleagues’ ideas, and produce well-crafted code.
