Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Community.
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth connections, and third-party AppExchange integrations while following Salesforce platform governance limits.
- Identify platform bottlenecks, resolve data inconsistencies, and automate enterprise workflows to improve operational speed and data accuracy.
- Lead end-to-end change management and deployment processes and communicate project updates and technical considerations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical experience in custom Salesforce development and configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Community.
- Experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, enterprise REST/SOAP web services, authentication models, and third-party AppExchange integrations.
- Ability to drive complex technical deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts and collaborating with technical teams and business leaders.
