Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Integrate AppExchange applications and external enterprise platforms through REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth.
- Audit, debug, and improve Salesforce code, business logic, data consistency, performance, and user productivity.
- Own the change management, deployment, and release lifecycle for Salesforce enhancements.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Operations, technical architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise developing custom solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.
- Experience building and maintaining third-party integrations using REST/SOAP web services, OAuth authentication, and SSO protocols.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges, work independently, and translate functional requirements into technical architecture.
