Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure best practices, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation or educational content and adapt it based on product updates and user feedback.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments using analytical and statistical methods to solve complex machine learning problems.
- Innovate and iterate on machine learning model design across the lifecycle from concept to production deployment, improving quality, stability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and one year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Three years of end-to-end machine learning experience, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, or debugging.
- Three years of experience with LLMs, multi-modality, large vision models, or reinforcement learning.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: one year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base pay is $174000 - $252000 USD, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
