Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, deploy, and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows from concept through production.
- Build prompts, AI agents, automations, and tool integrations using Python, LLMs, enterprise AI platforms, and n8n.
- Connect internal and external systems using APIs, MCPs, and webhooks in collaboration with AI Specialists and Data Engineers.
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into effective AI solutions and clear technical tasks.
- Support product lifecycle activities including backlog prioritization, release coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Help scale AI solutions across teams and geographies while focusing on measurable business value.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI or agentic solutions, ideally from prototype to production.
- Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Ability to rapidly develop prototypes and turn them into scalable solutions.
- Experience with sales, CRM, pricing, or customer intelligence is a plus.
- Fluent English and the ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and interest in emerging AI technologies.
