Responsibilities
- Design and implement APIs, core domain logic, integrations, and full-stack systems for agentic and LLM-enabled applications.
- Build and wire frontends for agentic systems using modern frontend frameworks while ensuring strong user experience.
- Develop backend services with Python, REST API design, GraphQL, MCP, asynchronous and event-driven programming, and performance tuning.
- Enable LLM evaluation and fine-tuning workflows, including tool calling, orchestration, and evaluation loop design.
- Build secure, scalable architectures with logging, monitoring, tracing, reliability practices, and responsible AI guardrails.
- Implement data models, database integrations, third-party system integrations, testing, documentation, and cloud deployment.
- Collaborate with DevOps, architects, and GenAI engineers from proof of concept through large-scale deployment.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience building production-level code in full-stack environments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency with Python, REST API design, GraphQL, MCP, React, Next.js, Redis, and Postgres.
- Experience building secure and scalable architectures with logging, monitoring, tracing, and service reliability practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, Docker, and cloud deployment, preferably with Azure.
- Understanding of data modeling, SQL/NoSQL databases, object stores, and third-party system integrations.
- Familiarity with LLM and agent runtimes, tool calling, orchestration, and evaluation loop design.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and English proficiency.
