Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale intelligent workflows using UiPath Suite and n8n to reduce high-volume manual data entry.
- Integrate LLMs into business processes using prompt engineering to handle unstructured data.
- Define and enforce development standards so decentralized automation bots are auditable, secure, and deployable across the European network.
- Design, manage, and troubleshoot API connections between legacy enterprise systems such as SAP and modern AI orchestration tools.
- Develop human-in-the-loop workflows, self-healing automations, and exception-handling frameworks for supervised autonomy.
- Use OCR and intelligent document processing tools to extract structured data from logistics documents.
- Apply process mining or task mining to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with central technology teams and operational subject-matter experts to discover, build, and deploy solutions in rapid delivery cycles.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience developing and architecting workflow automations with enterprise platforms such as UiPath Suite and n8n.
- Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering and safely integrating LLMs into live business operations.
- Hands-on experience with intelligent document processing, OCR, and AI tools for extracting data from unstructured logistics documents.
- Proficiency in process mining, such as Celonis, or task mining.
- Experience building resilient, self-healing workflows and exception-handling frameworks.
- Strong capability in designing, managing, and troubleshooting APIs across diverse internal systems.
- Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript for writing custom automation logic.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including translating operational needs into technical requirements.
- Passion for process optimization and comfort working autonomously in an agile, iterative environment.
