Responsibilities
- Build agentic systems and full-stack prototypes end-to-end, moving from idea to initial working software quickly.
- Track emerging models, agent patterns, and protocols such as MCP and turn promising capabilities into working prototypes.
- Design and run experiments measuring quality, latency, cost, and user impact.
- Work with internal users, product managers, and customers to validate concepts and iterate rapidly.
- Convert validated prototypes into reference implementations and technical write-ups for product teams.
- Provide product and platform teams with evidence-based feedback on AI capabilities and limitations.
- Move between initiatives as priorities change and transfer learnings across projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building full-stack software, including systems started from scratch.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered systems to production for real users.
- Ability to build and explain AI agent loops below the framework level, including message arrays, tool calling, context management, and prompt caching.
- Practical full-stack development experience taking prototypes from APIs to demo user interfaces.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
- Advantageous qualifications include strong UX/UI judgment, voice and real-time AI experience, open-source agent tooling work, AI evaluation design, and conversational AI or customer-experience product experience.
