Responsibilities
- Build agentic systems and full-stack prototypes end-to-end.
- Track new AI models and protocols, turning promising ones into working prototypes.
- Design experiments to validate concepts based on quality, latency, cost, and user impact.
- Collaborate with internal users and product managers to validate concepts early.
- Create reference implementations and documentation for product teams.
- Provide feedback on AI capabilities to product and platform teams.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and leverage learnings from previous initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building full-stack software.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered systems to production.
- Deep understanding of AI agents and their underlying mechanics.
- Proficient in AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.
- Full-stack capability, comfortable with TypeScript/Node.js and React.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- User-centric problem-solving mindset.
