Responsibilities
- Design and develop software and digital subsystems and features for vector network analyzers and device test products.
- Fix defects and refactor designs to continuously improve product quality.
- Collaborate with development teams in the US, China, and India on a single software platform.
- Work with hardware developers, production engineers, and support engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead a small project team when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 6 years of product development experience.
- Strong software development skills in C/C++, C#, Python, or other programming languages.
- Preferred experience with RF, test and measurement systems; Windows and Linux development; embedded systems and hardware control; and FPGA development using Verilog or VHDL.
- Familiarity with team development using source control and defect tracking systems.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with people and technology leadership.
