Responsibilities
- Design and develop software and digital subsystems for vector network analyzers and device test products.
- Improve product quality by fixing defects and refactoring designs.
- Collaborate with international development teams in the US, China, and India on a shared software platform.
- Work with hardware, production, and support engineers to ensure seamless product integration.
- Lead a small project team when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 6 years of product development experience.
- Strong software development skills in C, C++, C#, Python, or other programming languages.
- Preferred expertise in RF and test and measurement systems.
- Preferred experience with Windows and Linux development environments, embedded systems, hardware control, and FPGA development using Verilog or VHDL.
- Preferred familiarity with source control and defect tracking systems.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Preferred experience providing people and technology leadership.
