Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies for large language models.
- Design, tune, evaluate, and refine neural-network architectures and model parameters for natural language processing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.
- Improve model efficiency and accuracy using optimization methods and scalable computing environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into existing systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior professionals and facilitate knowledge sharing and technical development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural-network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model-training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with optimization methods for improving model efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.
- Knowledge of scalable computing environments and distributed training frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
