Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of production-ready AI-driven solutions.
- Develop applications and systems using generative AI, cloud AI services, and cloud or on-premises pipelines.
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability in production environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of AI components within larger systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Manage and mentor team members, including junior engineers.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to align technical implementations with project goals.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to generative models.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services supporting AI workloads and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures, neural networks, and transformer models.
- Ability to optimize AI models for production performance and scalability.
- Competence in Python or similar programming languages.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
