Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s execution and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on integration strategies and problem resolution.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in software architecture and delivery processes.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub is required.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and custom software development best practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on integration strategies and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with API management, data transformation, and workflow automation within integration platforms.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
