Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain production-ready software with AI integrated throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Design and implement AI-driven software agents that interact with complex systems.
- Integrate AI workflows into existing software environments to improve automation and decision-making.
- Test, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize AI components for quality, compliance, robustness, and scalability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team and cross-team decisions.
- Lead AI-native software development best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration around AI-driven initiatives and organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in agent development is required.
- Proficiency in Agent Development, Python, Generative AI, and AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven software agents within complex systems.
- Ability to integrate AI workflows into existing software environments.
- Familiarity with testing and validation practices for AI-native applications.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing AI components for robust and scalable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
