Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build scalable systems impacting customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop close relationships with product and tech teams in China and Korea.
- Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement in platform efficiency and flexibility.
- Maintain high standards for customer trust, performance, and availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent fields.
- 10+ years of industry experience with increasing responsibility leading engineers.
- 5+ years of experience in software development in large distributed systems.
- Experience in designing high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
- Familiarity with distributed system architecture and microservices.
- Strong competency in delivering results in rapidly changing environments.
- Experience working closely with global distributed teams.
