Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and recommend system performance improvements.
- Prepare code documentation, technical reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Track customer requirements, provide status updates, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Maintain quality, reporting, monitoring, release-plan adherence, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Power Platform for Microsoft 365.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, test systems, and troubleshoot defects.
- Ability to document technical solutions and prepare accurate project reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to pursue continuing education, certifications, and new programming skills.
