Base Salary
$173k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own reliability for named customer workloads, including clusters, SLAs, and escalations.
- Debug degraded training runs across hardware, network fabric, and scheduler layers.
- Lead customer-facing incident communication with technical depth and clarity.
- Convert recurring customer pain into engineering fixes with production teams and follow through on root-cause resolution.
Requirements
- Experience technically supporting large-scale compute customers in HPC, cloud, or AI-lab environments.
- Ability to methodically debug distributed systems across layers outside your direct ownership.
- Ability to write clear incident updates that build customer trust.
- Ability to drive internal teams toward fixing root causes rather than symptoms.
- Experience with GPU training workloads, InfiniBand or RoCE, Slurm or Kubernetes, and NCCL debugging is preferred.
