Responsibilities

  • Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
  • Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
  • Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
  • Establish development best practices, coding standards, and code review processes.
  • Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address technical challenges and risks.
  • Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP applications in HANA environments.

Requirements

  • At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and relevant design patterns.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP applications within HANA environments.
  • Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for SAP ABAP and HANA platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
