Responsibilities
- Define the Master Test Plan for complex projects.
- Create test cases from approved documentation in QA Tool.
- Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Monitor the bug lifecycle and prioritize bugs with Product Owners.
- Establish and optimize quality standards within the CI/CD pipeline.
- Create quality dashboards to inform stakeholders about product health.
- Participate in product refinement meetings to ensure testable requirements.
- Execute various testing types for eCommerce web applications.
- Create detailed bugs and track their progress through remediation.
- Provide daily statuses to QA Lead on project tasks and progress.
- Communicate issues that may pose risks to quality or timelines.
- Learn and understand supported platforms and tools.
- Assist lower-level testers in understanding tools and processes.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple mid to large projects.
- Collaborate with team members across regions.
- Design and execute tests for live production systems.
- Interact effectively with clients with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel to client sites 15-20% for on-site testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, production support, or technical support environments.
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms including Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce.
- Solid proficiency in creating and executing test cases independently.
- Solid understanding of website QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Able to interpret results, identify trends, and communicate findings appropriately.
- Ability to perform testing against web-based applications from both front-end UI and back-end databases.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in one or more defect tracking tools.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- 2 years of leadership experience or as a Senior QA with coordination functions.
- Expert experience with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.
