Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary solution architect and trusted advisor for client executives and global process owners.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture, cross-product dependencies, design governance, standardization, and simplification.
- Execute strategy-to-value inspections, track value metrics, conduct quality reviews, and provide risk mitigation recommendations across a portfolio of accounts.
- Manage scope, priorities, and delivery across multiple concurrent client projects.
- Drive process improvements, product enhancement discussions, internal enablement, and cross-functional training.
- Directly manage, coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Design Consultants and Senior Design Consultants.
- Travel to client locations for training, testing oversight, steering committee meetings, and relationship management as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software, professional services, or ERP consulting.
- Deep subject matter expertise in Order-to-Cash or Record-to-Report processes.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end SaaS or ERP implementations through scoping, requirements gathering, UAT, and go-live.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts including receivables, payables, financial close, and financial consolidation reporting.
- Experience with financial modules in major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or Workday is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, solution design, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to independently manage priorities across multiple concurrent projects and complex stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to travel on-site up to 20%.
