Responsibilities
- Build clean, maintainable, performant, and accessible UI code using React.js, ES6+, and TypeScript.
- Develop reusable component libraries and scalable front-end architecture aligned with design systems and business goals.
- Lead and participate in peer code reviews and enforce high-quality UI standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, backend engineers, and global business and technical teams.
- Translate product and business requirements into responsive, functional, and aesthetic front-end solutions.
- Own complex UI projects, mentor junior developers, and promote front-end engineering best practices.
- Evaluate emerging front-end technologies and improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solutions aligned with technical and business objectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot browser compatibility and performance issues.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of total experience and 6 years of front-end development experience building scalable web or mobile applications.
- At least 3 years of JavaScript experience and proficiency with ES6+ features, plus hands-on TypeScript experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building React.js applications using hooks, context, lazy loading, and code-splitting.
- Familiarity with Redux, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, and modern front-end toolchains.
- Experience with responsive, mobile-first web design and strong UI design intuition.
- Experience with user behavior analytics such as Heap or error monitoring with Sentry.
- Experience with front-end testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is a plus.
- Expertise with Git and GitHub or GitLab, including branching, pull requests, and merge-conflict resolution.
- Exposure to front-end CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Vercel, or Netlify.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and mentoring skills.
- React Native experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Vue, Svelte, Python FastAPI, GraphQL, Lighthouse audits, or Core Web Vitals is beneficial.
