Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs through direct contact and analysis of trade data.
- Develop customer pitches, run proof-of-concepts, and onboard new customers.
- Configure systems, run data batches, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Write custom metrics and reports using the company’s scripting language.
- Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Prioritize, assign, and manage competing customer needs.
Requirements
- Significant industry experience in financial markets from a trading, risk, or quantitative perspective.
- Sound knowledge of fixed-income products, including derivatives.
- Deep understanding of risk sensitivities or Greeks such as Delta, Gamma, and DV01.
- Hands-on programming or scripting skills in SQL, Python, or C#.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to summarize information clearly for stakeholders, collaborate with customers, and deliver projects to agreed deadlines.
