Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain an inbound technical question queue for the Global Sales Team.
- Assist with technical trials and communicate the value of Samsara solutions within prospects’ operations.
- Create software scripting solutions and integrations for technical proofs of concept.
- Provide internal technical Q&A support to account teams on behalf of customers.
- Produce and manage digital content for product learning, adoption, hardware installation, and software configuration.
- Maintain internal hardware and software lab infrastructure, including office and remote kits.
- Coordinate and participate in new product testing activities.
- Gather industry-specific customer use cases and coordinate cross-functional communication around RFPs, feature requests, and customer support triage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred 1+ years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or support capacity.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of cloud software, networking, or automation and control systems.
- French fluency is required.
- Experience tinkering with hardware gadgets, sensors, or vehicles is a plus.
