Base Salary
$181k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build synthetic data pipelines that generate enterprise environments for reinforcement-learning post-training
- Create agents that convert production traces into actionable insights for improving agents
- Contribute to an agent-building product that constructs agents using coding agents and proprietary algorithms
- Train state-of-the-art models developed internally and by the broader community for deployment to enterprise customers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building with LLMs in a production environment
- Demonstrated experience constructing high-quality data to improve LLMs or agents
- Publications at top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, or ICML within the last two years
- PhD or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
