Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Go To Market and Customer Success teams to explain technical capabilities to clients.
- Address customer queries related to security, architecture, and platform integration.
- Lead the setup and configuration of customer accounts, including SSO.
- Understand customer requirements and design solutions for successful deployment.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for additional SKUs and API capabilities.
- Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Harvey's architecture and AI capabilities.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
- Strong technical acumen to explain concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills for translating customer needs to internal teams.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on customer outcomes.
- Curiosity about generative AI and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks or legal tech is a bonus.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup is a plus.
