Base Salary
$107k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and key clients to define and deliver solutions that support and streamline user workflows.
- Work alongside senior software engineers to deliver features end to end, with strong opportunities for ownership.
- Coordinate with web platform and design system teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Engage in the inner-source culture to foster standardization across various codebases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience or 1+ year in front-end and 1+ year in back-end development.
- Strong focus on delivering quality and value to clients in an agile manner.
- Experience in Python or Java is a big plus.
- Familiarity with React, web components, Svelte, and/or Ember is a big plus.
- Full-stack product engineering experience is a big plus.
- Experience with generative AI for coding is a plus.
