Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Reverse engineer undocumented APIs, ERPs, TMS platforms, and internal systems.
- Design and build integrations between customer environments and Pallet’s AI platform.
- Debug production failures across distributed systems and third-party dependencies.
- Work onsite with customers to diagnose issues and deploy fixes.
- Own customer go-lives from technical discovery through production stability.
- Identify recurring implementation patterns for reusable product capabilities.
- Translate customer problems into platform improvements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience building and owning production systems.
- Strong experience with APIs, authentication systems, and integrations.
- Proven ability to debug complex systems under production constraints.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers is a plus.
- Bonus: experience with logistics, supply chain software, or automation platforms.
