Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding end to end, including scoping integrations and getting customers to production quickly.
- Work hands-on with the product and real customer data to build integrations and resolve go-live blockers.
- Conduct technical discovery to diagnose extraction and pipeline failures.
- Drive adoption and expansion after launch while partnering with the revenue team on team targets.
- Serve as the trusted technical contact during rollouts and relay field learnings to product and engineering.
- Determine when to solve issues independently and when to involve engineering.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent.
- Experience in implementation, forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-facing engineering, ideally with a developer, API, or AI-infrastructure product.
- Ability to read code, use an API, and build real integrations.
- Demonstrated experience taking customers from signed agreement to production launch.
- Ability to distinguish user error, bugs, and genuine product gaps before building solutions.
- Ability to translate technical detail into business value for different audiences.
- Ability to work with urgency and independently close the loop on customer problems.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not currently available.
