Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their goals and AI visibility challenges.
- Translate customer needs into agent-based use cases that deliver business impact.
- Design and configure agents for various workflows using Profound’s platform.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions directly with customers.
- Own deployments end to end and collaborate with engineering when necessary.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer insights and product improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting or customer success.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and early-stage products.
- Strong problem-framing skills to turn vague goals into concrete plans.
- Technical fluency with low-code or no-code tools, workflows, or APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or automation systems.
- Clear communication skills to bridge customers and engineers.
