Build internal applications, integrations, backend services, and AI-powered workflows that help Profound teams operate more efficiently. You’ll own projects end to end, from understanding internal workflows through production rollout and ongoing support.

Agent Engineer is a customer-embedded role focused on designing, configuring, and deploying AI agent solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will own implementations with customers, translate needs into workflows, and feed deployment insights back to Product and Engineering.

The role combines marketing judgment, product expertise, customer enablement, and hands-on implementation across major brands and agency partners.

Build and scale the data platform that powers Profound’s analytics, experimentation, and machine-learning capabilities. You’ll create reliable ingestion, governance, quality, and observability systems while shaping the foundation of an early-stage AI marketing platform.

Build the Rust-first backend and execution engine powering Profound’s scalable agentic workflows. You’ll own orchestration, scheduling, streaming, state, and reliability across a high-impact distributed platform.

Build the backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines that power Profound’s AI-driven analytics. You’ll own key technical decisions and collaborate across engineering and data science in an on-site startup environment.
