Base Salary
$140k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build platform infrastructure for machine learning and analytics.
- Develop tools for data ingestion, transformation, quality, and observability.
- Architect scalable systems using technologies like Snowflake and AWS.
- Build governance and data quality systems that scale with the organization.
- Enable MLOps by creating infrastructure for model development and productionization.
- Drive technical decisions around platform architecture and tool selection.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience building platforms for engineers and data scientists.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed data systems.
- Expertise with analytics and lakehouse technologies like ClickHouse and Snowflake.
- Strong cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with data governance and secure data operations.
- Excellent communication skills to influence across teams.
- Interest in MLOps and supporting machine learning workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
