Base Salary
$140k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain core infrastructure across cloud environments.
- Build infrastructure-as-code workflows to automate deployments and scaling.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for reliability.
- Manage deployment pipelines.
- Support disaster recovery planning and high availability.
- Partner with product and research teams on scalable architectures.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in compute, storage, and networking.
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks across infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of distributed architectures.
- Programming proficiency in Python and Rust, or willingness to learn Rust quickly.
- Experience shipping reliable infrastructure in production environments.
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Database scaling and optimization experience.
- Expertise in observability and monitoring.
- Network architecture and performance tuning experience.
- Security and compliance experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
