Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy NLP models for classification, ranking, and content generation.
- Design LLM workflows for topic discovery and content creation.
- Develop prompt and template libraries aligned to brand voice.
- Create evaluation frameworks for content quality and originality.
- Instrument content performance metrics and run experiments for improvement.
- Transform large text datasets into production features.
- Partner with engineering to maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams on success metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping machine learning systems in production at scale.
- Hands-on experience with LLM content systems and evaluations.
- Fluency in SQL and strong Python skills with modern ML tools.
- Strong understanding of machine learning quality metrics and evaluations.
- Ability to innovate when off-the-shelf solutions are inadequate.
- Experience working in cross-functional, high-performance teams.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical partners.
- Ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
