Base Salary
$175k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with utilities and government agencies to integrate Promise’s products.
- Solve complex technical challenges in customer environments.
- Improve and enhance Promise’s products based on user feedback.
- Travel occasionally to strengthen customer relationships and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building and deploying production software.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role with a balance of empathy and technical skills.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, ETL tools, SQL, and React is preferred.
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, product, delivery, and sales teams.
