Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with utilities and government agencies to integrate Promise’s technology into their existing systems.
- Analyze customer problems and data, resolve complex integration challenges, and create practical technical solutions.
- Use deployment context to identify and build product improvements.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, product, delivery, and sales.
- Travel occasionally, up to 40% of the time, to work with customers on-site and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and deploying production software.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role that balances empathy with technical rigor.
- Willingness to learn JavaScript, TypeScript, ETL tools, SQL, and React rather than requiring expert-level proficiency in each.
- Ability to adapt quickly, investigate problems independently, experiment, and document solutions.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
