Build the platform and infrastructure that helps Promise deliver resilient software faster and more safely. You’ll own cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, automation, and reliability systems while partnering with product and customer-focused engineering teams.
Work hands-on with government and utility partners to deploy, customize, and improve software that helps people access financial relief. This customer-facing engineering role combines technical problem-solving, product contribution, and occasional travel.
Build and deploy generative AI and LLM applications that improve how government agencies deliver public services. You’ll own AI pipelines and infrastructure from early concepts through production while helping shape Promise’s applied AI strategy.
Build and scale backend services that power Promise’s payments and financial products for government agencies and utilities. This hands-on role combines distributed-systems engineering, reliability work, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring in a mission-driven environment.
