Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and services focused on generative AI and large language models.
- Build reliable, production-ready pipelines and services for AI integrations, document parsing, model fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- Partner across teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, efficiency, and problem solving.
- Track advances in AI and guide technology adoption and strategy.
- Contribute to the AI/ML vision, goals, and roadmap as an individual contributor with meaningful ownership of technical decisions.
Requirements
- Technical experience building generative AI and large language model applications and production-ready AI systems.
- Strong technical judgment and comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- Preferred: experience taking a product or major feature from 0 to 1.
- Preferred: experience building in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Preferred: experience founding or co-founding an organization or project.
- Preferred: experience scaling AI-powered systems beyond initial prototypes.
- Preferred: strong product instincts combined with technical depth.
