Responsibilities
- Design, develop, unit test, customize, and operate Salesforce applications, integrations, and features.
- Implement regional and global business requirements across Salesforce for banking clients.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms to provide a unified client ecosystem.
- Develop and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
- Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, flows, process automation, data manipulation, and screen flows.
- Collaborate with engineering, business analysis, and testing teams to deliver scalable CRM products.
- Apply Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, version control, and DevOps practices.
- Support Salesforce administration, configuration, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree in Software Engineering is also listed.
- Relevant Salesforce click-and-code development experience.
- Mandatory certifications in Sales, Service, and Administration; Salesforce Developer and related certifications are also expected.
- Hands-on proficiency with Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce flows, administration, and configuration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, platform limits, version control, and CI/CD infrastructure.
- Preferred knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, RESTful services, API integrations, SQL, SOQL, Git, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce Cloud products.
- Preferred knowledge of Apex test classes, scripts, deployments, DevOps practices, and Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English.
