Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical strategy for extending high-scale Salesforce managed packages while preserving compatibility with package namespaces and upgrades.
- Develop high-performance Apex triggers, controllers, and batch processes along with Lightning Web Components that interact with managed package objects and metadata.
- Architect Leankor visual workflows and project-management extensions using Kanban, Gantt, and Resource Management components.
- Plan and execute managed package upgrades, including impact analysis of custom triggers, overrides, and integrations.
- Maintain Salesforce namespace governance, naming standards, error handling, and managed/unmanaged package boundaries.
- Customize user interfaces with Field Sets, Custom Settings, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design Salesforce data relationships across standard objects, custom objects, managed package entities, and Field Service Work Orders.
- Support CI/CD deployments and stable Salesforce migrations across sandbox tiers using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Requirements
- A B.E., B.Tech, or MCA qualification, with bachelor's-level education in a relevant field listed among the qualifications.
- Relevant Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Field Service.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service architecture, data models, and functionality.
- Experience customizing the Field Service mobile application and its offline capabilities.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and external-system integrations.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Apex Unit Tests and Jest is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
