Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate scalable, efficient, reusable frontend and backend applications.
- Own features end-to-end from problem definition and design through development, testing, deployment, and production.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, generate tests, debug issues, and explore solutions.
- Apply AI Development Life Cycle practices across software design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, security, and engineering quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams to create scalable solutions to ambiguous problems.
- Contribute through design reviews, code reviews, testing, documentation, and mentoring.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Backend experience with Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies, including production-grade services.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS or another modern frontend framework.
- Understanding of REST APIs, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience building and integrating end-to-end full-stack applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent.
- Understanding of AI Development Life Cycle and AI-native software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, systems-thinking, ownership, curiosity, and continuous-learning abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI applications or workflows, LLMs, RAG, tool calling, MCP, AI agents, agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, AI production integrations, AI-system evaluation and monitoring, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
