Responsibilities
- Produce solution or infrastructure deliverables using coding and programming skills within project timelines and specifications.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting for moderately complex project components.
- Maintain and enhance systems by fixing errors, raising risks, and escalating issues.
- Capture user requirements and translate solution architecture and designs into specifications.
- Develop and promote best practices for Office 365 usage, operations, and development.
- Monitor emerging technologies, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with applicable processes and technical standards.
- Deliver SharePoint, Power Platform, web, and client-side solutions for consulting clients across regions.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree is required.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience is required, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
- Strong experience with Office 365 implementation and SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and Office 365 is required.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, Power Automate, TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, PowerShell, and PnP is required.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, SharePoint architecture, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, APIs, and web integrations is required or preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Syntex, AI Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Teams is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, collaboration, initiative, and prioritization skills are required.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects is preferred.
