Base Salary
$230k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core systems that power Kepler's AI research platform.
- Develop backend services that orchestrate AI workflows.
- Create data pipelines that process billions of data points.
- Ship user interfaces that allow value tracing back to original documents.
- Integrate provenance tagging and verification into new data extraction pipelines.
- Redesign agent orchestrator to handle failures and retries effectively.
- Add verification rules to cross-check extracted values across multiple sources.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience building production software.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Comfortable with backend development, preferably in Rust.
- Experience in systems where correctness is critical, such as payments or healthcare.
- Understanding of distributed systems basics like concurrency and fault tolerance.
- Ability to navigate and contribute to a codebase you didn't write.
