Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi-quarter technical roadmaps and OKRs across multiple sub-systems.
- Lead technical discussions and establish processes for system-level design and implementation.
- Own system-level architecture for core products and drive incident response reviews.
- Mentor junior and senior team members to foster a culture of product-focused engineering.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in C++.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred in a relevant field.
- Experience with algorithm development in motion planning or robotics.
- Proven ability to lead technical development from problem formulation to delivery.
